It is a very pleasant working environment with great colleagues who have supported me from the very beginning with all my questions. I was able to take on responsibility right from the start and develop very well as a result. At odelo you know each other and you are not just a "number". We are like one big family. odelo offers good opportunities for further education including English training, which is very important for me in international sales because it is of course the basis of all international communication. All odelo employees have the benefit of a gym, continuous fruit days and get-together events. In summary the whole package fits perfect!
As Junior Area Sales Manager at odelo, I assumed responsibility right from the start. I’m responsible for the regions Eastern and Southern Europe, South America, Africa and the Middle East. I am the contact person for my existing customers and our local sales representatives. In sales we prepare quotations for our customers and also negotiate contracts for sales bonus payments. I compare markets in the form of potential analyses, article returns and assortment comparisons directly with the customer. This enables us to have a better understanding of markets and to define a strategy. The focus on new customer acquisition completes my exciting field of activities in sales.
Be open minded to new ideas and search for a challenge, just like the quote: "Never too young to start an empire. Never too old to chase a Dream."
My career here at odelo. I started at odelo during my studies as a working student in purchasing. As a result, I was able to write my thesis in the company as a bachelor student. For this purpose, I prepared a company and product-related CO2-report using the odelo Group as an example. I had the unique opportunity to visit the plants in Stuttgart and Geislingen, the plant in Prebold, Slovenia and to incorporate them into my work. I got my first job in this company and I am proud of it.
Outside of my work you can find me either in the gym or on my motorcycle.
A motorcycle tour on Route 66 and a parachute jump because I was always afraid of heights until now. It is the right time to tackle and face my fears.
