From your point of view, what differentiates odelo from other employers?

The company size allows for channels of communication to be relatively short and hierarchies are very flat at odelo too. Because of this you easily get in touch with colleagues which very much improves the work atmosphere.

What is one of your typical tasks at odelo?

As it is common in project management my main tasks are the development of a schedule and to keep an eye on the costs or more accurately ‘the budget’. Because of the many processes at the company and many interfaces between the departments, a lot of coordination comes with my work. Also I, as a project manager, am the first contact person for customers for every possible concern.

Which advice would you give to a new employee on his/her first day at work?

I would advise him/ her to attend all initial trainings available in the departments. You get a very fast overview of the tail light developments and you have the possibility to get in contact with others as well.

What are you especially proud of in your life?

I guess it is not that natural to have the responsibility for one or more projects on your own. The trust placed in me definitely makes me proud.

What interests do you have outside of work?

In my free time I really like spending time with my friends and my dog but I also like to do sports. Also, I am always planning new travel destinations.
