From your point of view, what differentiates odelo from other employers?

As a manufacturer of the tail lights, the odelo company has been successfully building a success story for several years, which is also confirmed by the numerous awards we have received in the field of constant quality assurance of our products and thus the trust of the end customers of our products. There is also a team mentality in our company, which means that all employees contribute to the optimal flow of information and material flow and also to the adherence to work processes.

What is one of your typical tasks at odelo?

As a project manager, I am responsible for the successful execution of the project, from getting the business to the successfully completed process of the product approval by the customer, as well as for introducing the product to series production. The work of the project manager requires constant supervision of all activities, which include coordination with our headquarters in Germany, customers, as well as the definition and control of activities internally, within the company odelo Slovenia.

Which advice would you give to a new employee on his/her first day at work?

I believe that when applying for a job of a project manager, future employees are aware that this is a very responsible and dynamic work. People with experience in the automotive industry come to us as well as people who have just completed their studies and therefore need more of our attention. Personally, I give the following advice to all new employees: self-discipline, reliability and good communication with the team will definitely lead to success for the benefit of the company as well as personal satisfaction.

What are you especially proud of the most?

In my professional career as a project manager, before joining the odelo company, I had the opportunity to work abroad, including in lovely Spain, which I am very proud of. In addition to my career, of course, I am proud of my family. As my husband and I are both full-time employed, we appreciate every spare moment we spend together.

What interests do you have outside of work?

In the afternoon, free time is devoted to activities for our aspiring six-year-old child, which I as a mother and wife never run out of. Accompanied by great cuisine, I also love taking time out to hang out with friends.

What else would you like to see/experience in your life?

I would definitely like more time for personal growth, sports and travel.
