From your point of view, what differentiates odelo from other employers?

From my experience so far, I can say that the odelo company shows a great deal of confidence in its workers and gives them freedom in their work. Well-done tasks are noted and always receive appropriate praise.

What is one of your typical tasks at odelo?

I work as a process technologist, which involves defining and optimizing the work process, performing measurement analyzes, optimizing the product and conducting trainings when introducing new products into series production.

Which advice would you point out to a new employee on his/her first day at work?

I would advise him to get to know as many colleagues from different departments as possible and learn from them as much as he/she can, because this will allow him/her to look at a particular question from different angles and find the best solution for it. The employee should approach the new work challenges with determination and confidence.

What are you especially proud of the most?

Among other things, I am proud of the fact that, despite the ups and downs of the past, I have managed to maintain so much optimism.

What interests do you have outside of work?

I actively spend my free time in the company of my girlfriend and our puppy Sheky.

What else would you like to see/experience in your life?

One day maybe sail around the world.
