odelo Slovenija d.o.o. receives the highest award of the Republic of Slovenia for Business Excellence (EFQM) for 2013

Five organizations which were audited by 36-evaluators from the commission applied on public tender for the Slovenian EFQM award for the year 2013, among which odelo Slovenija d.o.o. became a finalist and also a winner of this prestigious award. The award ceremony was held on Brdo pri Kranju, the 12th of March 2014.

Assessment of companies and institutions was held by each of the nine criteria of the European EFQM Excellence Model. Evaluation encompasses the effectiveness of the functioning of leadership, implementation of the strategy, management, employees, partners and processes and the results achieved with customers, employees, society and finances.

In the explanation the Committee of the recognition stated that the company odelo Slovenia is achieving high reputation among key customers - the most prestigious car manufacturers of the premium class (Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, etc.). Management and employees understand the importance of anticipating customer needs and creating added value for them. Through the implementation of the strategy "World Class Manufacturing" they follow clearly defined goals and provide assurance that they will also in the future provide products and services with the highest added value. The company ensures safe and healthy working environment with strict compliance with the requirements and creating a positive work environment with an emphasis on teamwork.

For odelo the receipt of award means a confirmation that we are successfully implementing the vision and objective of the company, but also a responsibility that we will continue to strive for excellence and always push the boundaries.
